Chilli Paneer

Chilli Paneer is one of the most delicious and healthy dish of Indo Chinese fusion. Some of the Indian restaurants here serve the best Chilli Paneer. Last week, we had been to one of the Chinese restaurants. I ordered chilli Paneer for my son who loves paneer so much. It was truly delicious and we finished it quickly. My son has been asking me when I will take him next time to that restaurant again for chilli paneer. :) . He also told me next time I have to order two chilli paneer. One bowl dedicated for him and not one will touch his bowl :) So I decided to make it for him at home and serve it with his favourite fried rice.

I used paneer, bell pepper, broccoli, carrots. You can add your favourite vegetables.
