These are moist, delicious and perfect for breakfast / snack with a cup of chilled milk.

Ingredients
- 2 Cups All purpose flour
- 2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1/3 Cup granulated white sugar
- 1/3 Cup brown sugar
- 1/2 Teaspoon salt
- 1/2 Cup melted unsalted butter
- 2 Large eggs at room temperature
- 2/3 Cup Milk ( I used full cream milk)
- 1 and 1/2 Teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 and 1/2 Cups milk chocolate chips
Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 180 C. Grease a muffin pan or line a muffin pan with paper liners and set aside2. In a large mixing bowl, add all purpose flour, granulated white sugar, brown sugar, salt, baking powder and whisk. Set aside
3. In a separate mixing bowl, add eggs, milk, melted butter, vanilla extract and whisk gently until everything is mixed together
4. Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and pour the wet ingredients in the well. Mix / stir until everything is just combined
5. Fold in chocolate chips. Fill the muffin pan up to three fouths full. Bake at 180 C for 20 minutes or until a tooth pick inserted comes out clean
6. Remove muffins from the pan after 5 minutes and then cool on a wire rack
7. Serve warm with a cup of chilled milk
