100 Grams of Paneer
Marinate
Directions
1. Cut Paneer in to big cubes / chunks2. Mix all the ingredients listed under marinate


3. Add paneer cubes to the marinate and coat every cube of paneer with marinate

4. Set aside for 30 min
5. Grease a cookie sheet / baking tray. Arrange paneer cubes on the tray and grill it in the oven for 18 to 20 min, flipping side after 8 min. If you do not have grilling option in your oven, then bake it at 180C / 350 F for 15 min and then broil for 5 min, flip sides once during baking and flip sides once during broil

6. I had some extra marinate, hence I marinated few sliced onion and grilled them along with paneer

7. Serve hot with your favourite dip
