Pakore Wali Kadhi / Onion Fritters in Yogurt Sauce

Kadhi is a spicy yogurt based sauce / thick gravy and it is a North Indian dish. Gujarati Kadhi is very famous and it is served along with rice or Khichdi. I have already posted recipe for plain Kadhi. This is a version of Kadhi where we add deep fried onion Fritters in the kadhi. These fritters absorb the tangy sauce and they plum up by the time it is served. Onion Fritters and yogurt sauce together is a delicious combo.

    5. Let them remain in Kadhi for 10 minutes , then Kadhi is ready to be served
